Hesign publishers asked me to be part of their new book “Small Studios”. I just received it in the mail, and it is even better than I’d hoped. Dozens of amazing studios I’d never heard of are featured. Go buy a copy and get inspired.

A year ago today, I opened my studio. 2008 was an exciting year with many interesting projects and collaborations. Traveling through Japan was inspiring, research on the design aspects of multiculturalism brought many fresh insights, working on O.K. Periodicals was rewarding, and the exhibition with Le Grand Crew was a success. I’ve learned a lot, and I’m ready for what’s coming. Hello 2009!

From now on all my illustrations will be available at my new blog. All the beasts, anatomical rarities and typographical mutants can roam free there. A selection of my illustration work will still be available on the projects page of this website. Enjoy the blog!
